For some AltME hosted worlds, we are experiencing connection and timeout problems with one of our primary Internet service providers, Burst.net in north-eastern USA. The problem is not here at Safeworlds, nor with your AltME client. We are working to resolve the problem with our provider as quickly as possible. We apologize for the disruption.

0.2 2004 Aug 13, 3:15:00 PDT - AltME Name Services (WNS) Outage

WNS halted for no known reason. Admin department notes that the T1 line has been "erratic" due to SBC changes over the last few days. Other services have been halted for the same unknown reasons. We will monitor the situation closely.

0.3 2003 Sep 13, 17:15:43 PDT - AltME Name Services (WNS) Outage

For the first time ever (in over a year since it started), name services have gone down. We rebooted the server and it recovered.
